ABOUT US

Small modern country house in the medieval village of Saint-Laurent-Des-Arbres and in the heart of the Tavel and Lirac vineyards. There is total rest in its pretty wooded and fenced garden, on its 3 terraces, in its swimming pool or on its beautiful beach.

The house is composed of an open and fully equipped kitchen, bright living rooms opening onto 3 terraces and 4 spacious bedrooms.
Air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.
Bathroom and shower room.
Summer kitchen.
Garden with many fruit trees.
Garage.

Close to Avignon, this place allows very easy access to the surrounding beauties and the charm of Provence (Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Uzès, Gordes, ...).

​Ideally located near the start and crossroads of marked hiking trails, including a crossing point of the GR 42 (Saint-Etienne - Grau du Roi).

Prices are subject to change and adapt to the seasons (from € 1195 to € 1955) to which are added the compulsory cleaning costs (€ 155) and the optional rental of linens (€ 165).
